When it comes to streamers, they truly feel like a box of chocolates, in the sense that you never know what you’ll end up getting. You’ll either find a nice streamer who makes good content or someone who antagonizes people for clout, to the point of getting an arrest warrant. If this sounds unbelievable, it isn’t: a streamer from Texas known as Xenathewitch, who was arrested six months ago, was arrested again while streaming live on Kick.
The Texas streamer known as Xenathewitch was arrested last night while streaming on Kick. However, we need to provide some context for why this is somewhat ironic.
First, this streamer got arrested six months ago for shooting a person with a paintball gun. Redditors claim she was also arrested years ago for assaulting a 19-year-old man she was dating at the time. We can’t confirm it, but it is a troubling rumor.
During her last stream, you can see a police van pulling up in front of her, and the woman reacts with a “Oh boy, here we go. What did I do?” Then the officers step out of the vehicle, ask for her ID, and claim they have a warrant for someone who looks like her.
Then, one of the officers asked if her last name was Sampson, and she replied yes, then paused for a bit and said, “Wait, what?” At that moment, the other police officer tells her that they are going to give the phone to the man in front of the streamer. When the man grabs the device, the streamer starts telling him to turn it off. Here, you can hear the officer saying they have a warrant for her arrest, and she replies. “No, I don’t.” And that’s when the video cuts off.
As you can imagine, Redditors and even some Kick viewers felt zero empathy for her, especially after learning about her past crimes.
“Don’t turn it off. This is content, honey.” – CosmicJam13 via Reddit.
“Shoutout to the delay on turning off the phone so we could hear the active warrant part.” – MrKillJoy via Reddit.
At the moment, it is unclear why this warrant was issued, but many speculate that it might have been another case of assaulting someone. Still, this is just speculation, and we’ll have to wait and hear from either the authorities or the streamer herself.
