By now, everyone is familiar with the “No Kings” movement, and as many of you may know, there’s one big protest about to go down on March 28. Since many citizens are backing this movement up and preparing for it, signs have started appearing, and a particular one caught the attention of many this week. In Arlington, Texas, people have started sharing signs for the “No Kings” protest for this weekend, but they are now calling out Trump for his debt to the US, saying he allegedly owes at least 10 trillion dollars, and all due to the war that is happening right now.
A Reddit user shared a picture from a highway in Arlington, Texas, showing signs preparing for the “No Kings” protest on March 28. However, what caught the attention of many was how this particular sign is aiming at Trump’s alleged debt of at least 10 trillion dollars.
As you may know, US debt has seemingly risen ever since Trump became president, and it has just grown more due to the war that is happening right now in Iran. According to different sources, there’s a 39 trillion dollar debt right now, most of it coming from the expensive war against Iran that Trump started.
As you can imagine, people are shocked upon learning about this huge debt, and it seems likely to be one of the main topics many protests around the country will address when “No Kings” begins this weekend.
“Trump is an Israel puppet. We should have a no-puppet protest,” said one user.
“So much debt for the second term with nothing to show for it,” said another user.
As you can see, people are angry, worried, and shocked about everything that is happening in the country, and it seems that there aren’t any signs of these things stopping soon.
In the end, it’s all a matter of waiting and seeing how things will unfold. In the meantime, the biggest “No Kings” protest is right around the corner, and people seem to be preparing for it.
We can only hope that this movement does something to alleviate many of the things that have been affecting Americans. But if not, we’ll just have to be patient and see what the future holds. But by the looks of it, it’s just chaos as war, ICE invasions, and many other things are still affecting the US.
