The alligator can be seen walking past a street sign for Aqua Vista Ln in Rosenberg, Texas, located within the Houston metropolitan area. While it may not be widely known, alligators are native to many parts of the state. The TikTok video has received over 1 million views, over 215,000 likes, and over 4,000 comments. Many are shocked at the sighting, with one new local asking in the comments, “Please tell me you meant to say Florida and not Houston.”
In the video, various voices of a family can be heard.
