Washington Man Enforces HOA Rules With Controversial and Terrifying Methods: ‘Psychopath With a Camera’

They’re both in the wrong…

While HOAs (homeowners’ associations) are extremely controversial due to often arbitrary rules, some of the guidelines put in place aren’t too debatable. One such policy is speed limits within the HOA community, since there are often young children in the streets. Well, a Washington man decided to remind drivers of that reality with a rather terrifying, albeit effective, method.

Kyle Justin’s social media proudly boasts his role as HOA President, and much of his content involves the controversial enforcement of his community’s rules. In one Instagram clip, he can be seen pushing a baby stroller with a baby doll inside in front of a vehicle going over the speed limit. Of course, when driving quickly, one cannot immediately see that the baby in the stroller is just a doll. While certainly effective, the legality of his methods is debatable, as evidenced by comments on Reddit.

One person wrote that they believe the content to be staged, but added, “Can you imagine how dangerous this could be if it wasn’t? Most people would swerve as hard as they could and end up running into other people.” Another echoed, “both should be arrested for being obnoxious idiots,” while a third called Kyle a “psychopath with a camera.“

Someone else pointed out that the Washington man driving really shouldn’t have been speeding, although that doesn’t justify Kyle’s behavior. They wrote, “Ever see a video where everyone involved sucks? You have now.” In what we can only hope is sarcasm, someone else advised, “He should have used a real baby, really sell the message.“

It’s important to note that it is illegal to throw something at or in front of a moving vehicle in Washington. Even if the OP’s intentions were to ensure the safety of his community, he did so in an ironically dangerous manner.
