Tennessee’s Bunnie XO Is Banned From Trash-Talking Jelly Roll, and Days Later She Unveiled a Mansion With a Shoe Room: ‘I Am So Poor’

She let the house do the talking

The Tennessee podcast host is barred from saying a bad word about her ex, so Bunnie XO said nothing at all and gave the internet a tour of her new house instead.

Days after finalizing her divorce from Jelly Roll, the Dumb Blonde host posted a video walking comedian Matt Matthews through her sprawling new home, and his running commentary did all the work she was legally prevented from doing herself.

The reactions started early and never let up. Matthews flopped onto an oversized bed and announced, “Girl! This is nice!” before Bunnie revealed that one entire room had been given over to her closet and makeup.

Outside, he found something that broke him completely. “It’s a whole shower! Outside? I am so poor!” he shouted, staring down an open-air setup most people only see in resort brochures.

The tour saved its best moment for a room lined floor to ceiling with shelves. When Matthews realized the space existed purely to house shoes, he abandoned any pretense of supportive friendship. “I’m not even happy for you!” he cracked.

Bunnie captioned the whole thing with a single laughing emoji and let it ride. Fans filled the comments congratulating her on the new place.

The timing is what gives the video its bite. TMZ broke the news this week that Bunnie and Jelly Roll had settled their divorce, roughly two months after the singer filed. Court documents show the pair splitting homes, vehicles, an aircraft, and their intellectual property, with Jelly Roll owing Bunnie a one-time lump-sum payment of a confidential amount.

The settlement also included a detail that reshapes everything she posts from here on: a non-disparagement clause barring either of them from publicly criticizing the other.

Property has been a running thread in Bunnie’s telling of the split. In a since-deleted episode of her podcast, she said Jelly Roll had agreed to hand her the family compound the couple had been building together “because he knows how special it is to me,” and joked about how the paperwork had shaken out. “Well, you didn’t take care of me in the marriage, but you’re taking care of me in the divorce,” she quipped. TMZ did not report whether the home in Friday’s video is that property or a separate one.

A House Tour Instead of a Statement

That clause makes the video quietly clever. Bunnie cannot post a word against her ex-husband, and she did not need to. She handed a camera to a funny friend, let him lose his mind over an outdoor shower and a shoe closet, and said absolutely nothing beyond an emoji.

It fits the tone she has kept throughout a split that has been unusually free of venom. She has called Jelly Roll her best friend, insisted nobody cheated, and confirmed the two still intend to become parents together through surrogacy.

The lawyers wrote a clause about what she cannot say. Nobody wrote one about what she can show.
