Jelly Roll’s 18-Year-Old Daughter Torches Fans, Insists Nobody Cheated in the Tennessee Divorce Her Parents Are Legally Banned From Discussing: ‘Wait Til Y’all Find Out’

She said plenty. Just not that

The Tennessee singer and his ex-wife are legally barred from saying a word against each other. His teenage daughter is not, and on Sunday night she used that freedom to unload on the internet.

Bailee Ann DeFord, the 18-year-old daughter of Jelly Roll, went live on TikTok on Sunday, July 19, and spent the stream defending her father against people speculating about his split from Bunnie XO. She did not hold back.

“Don’t y’all ever come for my father’s name like that again. I’m so done,” she said, telling viewers to stop flooding her comments and messages. “I don’t want to talk about it.“

Then she addressed the rumor that has trailed the divorce since it became public. “Nobody cheated,” Bailee Ann said. “Period.“

That matches what both her father and Bunnie have said publicly. In a since-deleted episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie told listeners plainly that neither of them had been unfaithful, saying the two had simply served their purpose for one another.

What Bailee Ann added was a warning, and it is the part the internet has fixated on since. She insisted the public has no real understanding of what happened between the couple, and promised that will not always be the case.

“It’s not a difference in opinions. Nobody else lived in it,” she said, before adding: “Wait ’til y’all find out. Just wait.“

She went further, predicting that the reaction would be seismic. The view people have of the situation and of her father’s marriage, she said, is about to crumble the day she decides to speak.

She did not say what she meant, and she has not said anything since.

She Has Been Asking for Privacy Since June

Sunday’s stream was not her first attempt to push back. In June, shortly after the divorce filing became public, Bailee Ann posted a message over a selfie that made her position clear.

“I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter,” she wrote. “It’s crazy.” She told commenters to “worry ’bout your house, not mine,” and signed off with a line that now reads as a promise kept: “I’m not speaking on it, yet.“

She followed that with a softer note thanking the people who had been kind to her. “I will never forget those of you that have showed me empathy when I’m seeing a lot of hate,” she wrote. “I hope humanity can evolve to a place where kindness comes first.“

Her father and Bunnie finalized their divorce earlier this month, splitting homes, vehicles, an aircraft, and their intellectual properties, with a clause preventing either from criticizing the other publicly.

The adults signed away their right to talk. Their daughter is the only one who still has it, and she is not using it yet.
