After so much waiting, a hectic week for Rockstar and Grand Theft Auto fans, and several delays, the day is finally here. If for whatever reason you don’t know what we’re talking about, we’re referring to the premiere of the GTA 6 Extended Look, which we could all consider the “Trailer 3” we’ve all been waiting for. Since this is going to be one of the biggest gaming events of the year, here we’ll show you how to watch it and where to watch it, as well as how to livestream it, if that’s something you want to do.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you should know that the GTA 6 Extended Look will premiere on August 27 at 3 PM ET on Netflix. Now, this doesn’t mean it will be exclusive to this platform. It does have a time-exclusive deal by the looks of it, but the video will become free for all at 9 PM ET on the studio’s website and YouTube channel. So, if you’re one of the few who still doesn’t have a Netflix subscription, you just need to wait a couple of hours. We’ve already been waiting so long for GTA 6, so what’s a few more hours, right?

Furthermore, it seems that the GTA 6 Extended Look will last 26 minutes. Some Netflix users have already seen the runtime on their app, so it is going to be a lengthy showcase, which should keep many fans satisfied until November or until Rockstar Games wants to release a few more trailers before the game’s launch.

Can You Livestream and React to the GTA 6 Extended Look?

Quick clarification: you are free to livestream An Extended Look from 3 p.m. ET on August 27 providing you adhere to platform-specific guidance and you do not simply restream or repost the unedited video in full without context or commentary. https://t.co/lgXjSFLEDr

In case you want to watch the Extended Look with a content creator in the background or want to livestream it and react to it yourself, you’ll be able to do so. Rockstar Games has also confirmed that livestreaming, and by extension, reacting to the Extended Look of GTA 6, is allowed. However, the studio has said you need to follow platform-specific guidance and not simply restream or repost unedited video in full without context or commentary. In other words, don’t just reupload the video to your channel; you need to edit it properly and react to it.

Still, it is great to see that Rockstar is allowing players, content creators, and anyone who is a fan to share their reactions with others, and we’ll likely see a lot of that today. So, either set your reminder on Netflix or YouTube and get ready for the reveal that the whole world has been waiting for.
