A video of a California woman being kicked out of a beauty salon has gained traction on TikTok. In the video, salon employees argue she wasn’t welcome after accusing her of being disruptive. This led to a verbal clash between the customer and an employee.

The owner of Baddies R Us Beauty Bar, a Sacramento salon, shared a shocking argument they had with a client. The owner posted it to the salon’s official TikTok, Baddiesrusbeautybar. In the video, the owner describes the client’s supposed behavior: being disruptive. She accuses her of using “profanity” and having “inappropriate conversations” on her phone.

😱 I promise, I cannot make this stuff up! Another day, another person coming into my salon being disrespectful. 🙄 Baddies “R” Us Beauty BarThis lady walked in talking extremely loud, cursing and saying inappropriate things on the phone. I told her we don’t allow that here, and when my stylist asked her to take the conversation outside, she got offended. Our salon is calm, we have children and other clients present, and nobody wants to hear all that mess. She then complained that our prices were too high, said she would “slap on a wig,” claimed nobody from the Bay Area would come here anymore, and went outside recording us like we did something wrong. Girl, most of our clients come from the Bay Area! 😂 I’ll continue posting these situations for awareness: Baddies 💕R💕 Us has ZERO tolerance for shenanigans. Respectfully, if you’re on a budget, my salon may not be the place for you and that’s just that. 💕 #SacramentoHairSalon #SacramentoHairstylist #sacramento #WomenInBusiness

The employees promptly asked the woman to continue her conversation outside, but “she got offended.” In the caption of the video, the owner wrote, “Our salon is calm, we have children and other clients present, and nobody wants to hear all that mess.” Then supposedly released her frustration by badmouthing prices and continued business.

The lady leaves their building but continues recording and yelling back, “It doesn’t matter! I’m going somewhere else!” The owner calls back to her, “Please do. You’re mad because I told you don’t use profanity in my salon, honey?” The owner was appalled by how this client acted, saying she must have been doing it for “clout” and to “act out.”

The reaction to the hair salon’s TikTok video

Although the client was being unreasonable in her behavior, the request was reasonable enough—some viewers argued the business owner wasn’t being professional either. At least not when it came to posting the content on their business TikTok account.

“😂😂 this is your social media account, of course but why would you post this? This looks bad for business,” wrote a viewer, matching the customer’s words almost word-for-word. The owner pushed back, telling the commenter they were wasting time “attention seeking.”

A few viewers took the customer’s side, asking the owner, “Why you follow her after she left?” Others defended the business, one noting, “It’s funny when trouble customers think it will bother us when they go somewhere else. lmao.”

It’s unclear how this content will help, but the hair salon said they’ll “continue posting these situations for awareness” because they have “zero tolerance for shenanigans.”
