A Texas woman is creeped out by a man allegedly hanging around during her overnight shift at a gas station “in the middle of nowhere.” The woman says the incident began when she arrived for her shift at 10 p.m. and lasted until almost midnight. Her TikTok video has over 126,000 views and over 5,500 likes since it was posted.
She describes the alleged situation as the kind of thing that happens while working nights at a gas station and that it “creeps [her] the [expletive] out.” The Texas woman states that when she showed up for work, a man was hanging around by the second register. She assumed he was waiting for the girl from second shift to get off work. However, “she left, and he stayed.” She claims that she asked if he was waiting for someone, and he answered that he was “just looking through [his] phone.”
Five minutes later, the Texas woman watched him walk out the door, so she believed he left. However, she then spotted a “red pickup truck parked at the back side of the parking lot.” At first, she was unbothered until she “realized it had been sitting there for 30 minutes.” Initially, she believed it was just someone passed out from a night of drinking, until she allegedly saw the truck move to “the parking spot directly in front of the doors.” This is when she felt something was sketchy. So she went outside to take a look in the truck and saw the man duck his head down, but not before she saw his face. It was allegedly the man who was at the register when she first arrived. She states, “He has literally been [out] there for two hours now.”

Furthermore, others share advice on how she should proceed after the alleged incident. Several suggest notifying the police to be safe. One suggests, “Call non-emergency and ask for a wellness check. Tell them you feel unsafe.”
