An Oklahoma woman blasts bogus noise complaints allegedly filed against her. Maddie Schwers claims she has a camera in her apartment that proves she wasn’t making noise at the times the complaints were filed. She intends to take the evidence to the office. Her TikTok video has over 130,000 views and over 19,000 likes.

This began with a call from the office at her apartment building, “letting [her] know that [she’s] had several noise complaints made against [her].” She moved into the building only four months ago, so she is surprised at the accusations. The first allegation accused her of jumping in her apartment. She states that she sat at the counter for three hours doing history homework until 11:30 at night. Maddie asks, “Do you think I was jumping for joy finishing my history homework?”

The second allegation against her occurred either this past weekend or the one before. She says, “Apparently, I was blaring music at 2:30 in the morning.” Again, Maddie claims she has a camera that shows she spent both nights of the weekend watching a movie. The weekend before that, she wasn’t even home. She states, “They will be hearing from me in the office.”

Oklahoma Woman Inspires Others To Vent

Her video has inspired many to share their own apartment stories, with some mentioning they received noise complaints when they weren’t even home. One commenter claims, “My old neighbor used to complain that I moved furniture at 2 a.m.” Another adds, “I got a noise complaint when I fainted once at 5 a.m… how inconsiderate of me!” A third person says they had complaints about their dog allegedly barking: “My dog was sleeping next to me on the couch from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., then was sleeping in his kennel after 4 a.m.”

Meanwhile, Maddie has others spinning theories, such as one person who says, “It’s probably coming from another apartment, and they think it’s yours.” Others think they’re trying to get her booted from the building. One commenter claims, “This happened to my daughter! They are trying to get rid of you and will soon try to evict you.” However, some just come for the drama and ask for updates. One person says, “Whoever complained is gonna feel so stupid when u show the office video proof 😂.”

Maddie has yet to provide updates on the situation. However, she has confirmed she went to the office with her video evidence.
