Call of Duty: Warzone has been hiding a secret ever since the release of Black Ops 6 in Area 99, where you can literally nuke Nuketown and Sandhouse! This easter egg was recently teased in the official Call of Duty podcast called the COD POD, and here’s how to do it.

Find and Shoot The 12 Mannequins

The first step to detonate a nuke in the Warzone Area 99 map is by searching the Mannequin Assembly for 12 dressed mannequins. There are a total of 24 possible spawn locations for these dummies, but only 12 of them will be there for the act of decapitation each time. There are no timers, no need to rush, and you certainly don’t have to shoot all the mannequins by yourself.

The areas marked above are all the spawn locations where you may find the mannequins. Some are tricky to spot, so make sure you look for them anywhere from under the ground to the half mannequins sitting in the corners. Once you hit the 12th mannequin successfully, an audio cue plays, meaning that you can proceed to the next step.

Find The Keys To The Nukes

Your next task is to get to the Reactor in the middle of the map. Here you’ll find two dead bodies right in the middle, both of which seem infected. You and one of your teammates need to pick the cards, and then head to Test Site for the final step of dropping Nukes on Area 99 in Warzone.

Remember, the bodies’ spawn location is also random like the mannequins, but they’re so obvious to spot and the investigation area is too small to miss them. Also if other players pick the keys by accident or intention, then it’s your unlucky match. Restart or just play another match for doing this easter egg.

Launch Those Nukes!

In the basement lab of the Test Site, you’ll find the main console right in the location above. There are two interactable buttons on this and players with the keycards need to press at the same time to detonate. If the emergency alarm goes off it means that you’ve successfully activated the nukes in the Warzone Area 99 map.

All you need to do right now is to get to the surface, and enjoy watching the nukes go boom around the map. The missiles drop right where Nuketown and Sandhouse Multiplayer maps are located on the easter side of Area 99.
