In the past few months, rumors of a Fortnite x The Binding of Isaac collaboration have been making the rounds. Now, it’s pretty much confirmed. We’ve seen countless collaborations in Fortnite so far, and Epic Games has successfully integrated many of them into the game, whether as skins, events, or Mythic items. We don’t know how a game like Fortnite and The Binding of Isaac can blend together and create a successful collaboration, but it looks like we’ll see it in the near future.

When we think about how The Binding of Isaac could be integrated into Fortnite, we can’t think of too many things. As The Nerd Stash team, the first thing that came to our minds was to add the characters as Back Blings, but we’re sure that Epic Games will be even more creative than us. A couple of months ago the creator of The Binding of Isaac, Edmund McMillen, shared a post in X about Fortnite. In this post, Edmund replied to one of his follower comment “Fortnite collab?” with “Tell me who to talk to and I’ll make it happen”.

Now, finally Epic Games reached out to him and things look like blue sky right now between Fortnite and The Binding of Isaac. According to the latest news, Epic Games and Edmund McMillen are discussing collaboration possibilities.

The exact date of the Fortnite x The Binding of Isaac collaboration is not yet known, but we can expect to see it in the game in the future. Also, as mentioned at the beginning of this article, there are no clues as to what this collaboration will look like. Who knows, maybe only cosmetics related to The Binding of Isaac will be added to the game, or maybe there will be in-game events like TMNT.
