This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

From the moment you break your first weapon in Abiotic Factor, there’s something that’s just missing in your base setup that you actually need: the Anvil. The Anvil appears relatively early on in your blueprints, and it’s required to build the Repair & Salvage Station, which is honestly a game changer. After spending days fixing my broken weapons with roll upon roll of Duct Tape, I can say that the Repair & Salvage Station is absolutely worth it and a total necessity. Let’s take a look at where to find the Anvil location in Abiotic Factor.

How To Get the Anvil in Abiotic Factor

Getting started with your hunt for the Anvil in Abiotic Factor might be a bit tricky. You’ll need to progress through the game a decent bit and make your way out to Manufacturing West. There, you’ll unlock some doors that will allow you access to the elevator up to Silo 3.

After you make it off the elevator, you’ll notice a broken door to a control center of sorts to your right, and just beyond it, you’ll find the map of Office Sector Level 3. If you take a peek at the map, you’ll see that you’re standing just to the left of the passage to Silo 3. However, we don’t want to go all the way to Silo 3. We actually want to locate the Storage Room right outside of the passage, so you’re already quite close to your destination.

Head back past the Silo 3 passage to the door marked Storage on the opposite side of the passage from where you are. Head on through that door and prepare for a fight. There will be two small enemies to take out, and finally, you’ll be at the right location to find the Anvil.

Inside, there will be two different places you can find an Anvil. The first will appear on a stack of metal crates, and the second will be on top of one of the shelves within the same room. Scoop up those Anvils and head back to your base to put them to use.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
