Haley Pullos’s Felony DUI Charge Explained
Pullos will likely be paying for her actions following what would have been a tragedy. Recently, the LA County D.A. slammed the actress with three charges — one felony count of DUI causing injury, one misdemeanor count of hit and run, and one felony count of driving with .08 BAC or higher. Despite all the investigation results and charges, Pullos pleaded not guilty in court. The case will likely run for a while as a preliminary hearing has been set for July 2023.
Haley Pullos’ felony DUI charge comes a few weeks after she was involved in a wrong-way crash on the freeway. The California Highway Patrol was immediately called to Haley Pullos’ car crash scene. Upon arrival, Pullos allegedly couldn’t get out of her car due to the wreck’s severity. So, the Pasadena Fire Department used the jaws of life to extract her.
Following the extraction, Pullos was rushed to the hospital alongside the other driver, who was in critical condition. The police then searched Pullos’s vehicle and found marijuana edibles and mini tequila bottles. It was also alleged that while the actress was in the hospital, she fought hospital staff before getting sedated. Meanwhile, Pullos seems to be in more trouble as she was involved in a hit-and-run collision before the crash.
