Reaching out to others in the gaming community can be really hit or miss. Especially for a game as big as Pocketpair’s monster-taming and slave-driving game, Palworld. Reddit user Weebsaika posted a confession in the Palworld subreddit. They didn’t realize that you can repair all your items if you press the R key while using the Repair Bench. That information doesn’t really matter until you put it in the context that they were already well over 100 hours into the game. It wasn’t long before the comments were flooded with other players confessing that they only knew you could do that because of this post. Some even admit that they, too, have been playing for hundreds of hours without knowing this trick.
Repairing Items Has Never Been Easier
The post’s 4,000 upvotes show that even players who didn’t comment most likely didn’t know about this either. Some of the comments even discuss other things that players didn’t realize until they were already far into the game.
God reading is hard. After 130 hours, I’ve only discovered this now through your post. I do know about using R to fast stack from your inventory to storage

Other commenters applauded being part of communities like this that help others play games better. Some even pointed the conversation back to the game itself.
I really am glad I’m on reddit for stuff like this, I just recently learned about the R to quick stack to storage.
Like the button info is right there on screen but I guess that section is just invisible to me, and not what I’m focused on looking at.
That or I’m just not used to having such good QoL features in games. Usually you have to beg devs for years to add stuff like this, all to get an update saying they are working on it. Palworld just has it.

The world has proven that yet again, you can rely on others to show you how to do things. It’s also interesting how many players didn’t realize that this was something you could do. Especially since it isn’t exactly hidden that it’s a feature.
Palworld is available on Xbox consoles and PC via Steam and Game Pass.
