America’s Got Talent star Scott Alexander has died, his wife confirmed in an Instagram post hours after his death. The magician, best known for his appearance on the sixth season of the talent show as one half of the act, Scott and Jenny, lost his life this week while at work, with his family never getting the chance to bid him their final farewells.
AGT Magician Scott Alexander’s Death Resulted From A Stroke
In her post, Jenny Alexander, the wife of Scott Alexander, explained the circumstances surrounding her husband’s death. According to her, the AGT alum died on Sunday, February 5, while working on a cruise ship in St Kitts. She also expressed sadness over the fact that her husband never made it back home to them before his final passing.
Jenny accompanied the post with a string of family photos of herself, her husband, and their three kids. The first shot showed the family of five posing in a garden in front of their home, with their dog joining the shot from a distance. The next picture showed the family smiling excitedly, as Alexander captured a selfie. In the third snapshot, Jenny shared a photo of her husband smiling as he posed for the camera.
Notably, Scott’s career as a magician saw him compete in various TV shows, including America’s Got Talent and the second season of Penn & Teller: Fool Us. For his America’s Got Talent appearance, Scott Alexander paired with his wife Jenny to charm his way into the hearts of Americans with illusions and tricks, eventually facing elimination in the quarter-finals.
Having partnered with her husband through most of his career milestones, Jenny finds herself unprepared to go through this loss. She admitted she and her kids were shattered by the loss of their husband and father, also enjoining the public to remember the family in their prayers. Here’s to hoping the family of Scott Alexander finds the fortitude to move past this shattering grief and return the smiles to their faces once again.
