Alexandra Daddario made sure that her Instagram fans know that she puts in the effort today. Posting just in time for the weekend, the 38-year-old actress delivered another swimwear post for her followers, kicking things off with a beachy vacation but also including a gym session.
Instead of switching to a workout look, though, Alexandra stuck to the black bathing suit she wore for her relaxing beach sesh, one seeing her accompanied by a friend. The “hard-working girls” referred to in The White Lotus stars’ caption likely included that pal, although Daddario chose not to identify her girlfriend. The Hollywood actress proved immensely popular with the bikini workout slide, one closing a set of three as fans left over 400,000 likes before the post was one hour old.
Alexandra Daddario Ups Her Workout Game On Instagram
Showing off her signature porcelain skin as she lay on her side, Alexandra greeted fans with a lazy vibe as she relaxed on a cushioned beach lounger. Enjoying a shorefront space strewn with striped parasols and other beach-goers, the Baywatch star showcased her enviable frame in a high-cut, string-tied pair of bikini briefs, pairing them with a matching top.
Donning shades and a wristwatch, also wearing her hair down, Alexandra kept her expression neutral, then dedicating the second slide to her friend who twinned in black swimwear with her. The fitness didn’t take long, though, as Alexandra returned from a workout bench and lying down while working her already-toned arms, shoulders, and pectoral muscles as she used dumbbells.
‘Two Hard-Working Girls’
Rocking her skimpy bathing suit despite the gym setting, Alexandra recreated the bikini workout look that stars including Kim Kardashian and Nicole Scherzinger have championed. She showed off her incredible abs and defined hips, changing only her accessories as she lost the shades and added in a baseball cap.
In a caption, she wrote: “Two hard-working girls on vacation.” No geotag was offered.
Alexandra has risen to become a celebrity fitness icon, something reflected by her already having covered Women’s Health and fronting activewear brands Aerie and Alo Yoga. The latter happens to tie in perfectly with one of Daddario’s favorite forms of exercise. “I do a ton of yoga. I find it more than just physically beneficial, but also emotionally. It’s great to take an hour to just chill out, be away from your phone, and focus on positivity,” she told Muscle & Fitness.
While most of the comments to today’s post sent the actress love, some did criticize her. “Execution is wrong,” a fan said, with over 40 others agreeing.
