If you ever wanted to combine Only Up with friends (and possibly nuke your friendships), Chained Together is the way to go about it. But since the whole theme is climbing and clawing your way out of hell, why not snag yourself some wings? Is it really cheating to become an angel before leaving this place? Who knows. It’s certainly fun though. There are 10 wing locations throughout Chained Together, and once you discover them all, you can take flight and glide your way to freedom. Whether you do it solo or with friends is entirely up to you.

Wing 1 is the easiest since itโ€™s practically handed to you at the start. Simply run down the path and look to your right. The golden wings await. To collect them, simply run through them and move along.

You won’t see the next wing location in Chained Together for quite some time, so take care not to fall, as you can’t take flight just yet. When you reach the height, stop climbing inside the fort around 510m, right after the first set of stairs. The wings rest underneath a chandelier.

Tucked back along the pipes, look for the platform with a red vending machine and chairs. North of that platform on the pipes are the wings.

It wouldnโ€™t be Chained Together if every wing was easy to reach. For this one, enter the grey building that has graffiti on it. Through the maze, take the second opening to your left. Continue and take your first left.

It’s not over yet, unfortunately. Youโ€™ll make yet another left when you see the wall with black graffiti. The wings are unmissable at this point.

For this wing, use the environment to work in your favor. Thereโ€™s a circular platform here with oversized fans. Jump on a platform and use one of the fans to send you flying on top of the front building. Climb up to your right, run straight ahead, and round the corner on the right at the very end of the building. The wings will be waiting.

A few more hundred meters should lead you to the next pair of wings in Chained Together. Keep fighting out of hell until you reach the windmill fans at this height. When crossing them, you’ll notice the glowing wings near the back, far right, on one of the floating wheat bags.

Sometimes, you must descend if you want a shot at soaring through hell. At about 2180m, you’ll take the stairs down. Keep descending until you reach a wooden bridge. Follow it, turn left, and jump the gap with the windmill. From here, you should already see the wings on a stone platform off to the right. Climb up the stone so you can get more height. You’ll need it because it’s easy to fall down at this part.

Climb the roofs of the buildings until you can jump to a wooden platform on your right. Circle the large house, and youโ€™ll find the wings in the back.

When you cross the broken bridge at this height, climb the ladder. Youโ€™ll notice the wings off in the distance to the right. Once at the top, jump over to the bouncy drums. Time your landing correctly to reach the platform with the wings.

For our final wing in Chained Together, you might have to get your feet wet. Run through the courtyard at this height until you see a small pond. Jump into it, swim across, and once you jump out, youโ€™ll see the wings behind some bushes.

Using Wings in Chained Together

Now that we have our wings, itโ€™s time to take flight in Chained Together. Granted, you canโ€™t exactly fly like your average bird. Instead, youโ€™ll jump, flutter about, and glide almost like a chicken. But itโ€™s worth it because even a bit of air can save you from a fall. Just hold the jump button if youโ€™re falling and youโ€™ll reap the benefits for at least a few seconds.

To equip them, return to the main menu. Underneath the play option is a โ€œUse Wingsโ€ box you can check. Know that doing so will block your time from the leadership board. Itโ€™s more than worth it though to witness such a fallen soul gloriously fall with style in the depths of hell.
