Since Citlali has an Ice element, you must gather some Shivada Jade material for her in Genshin Impact. For her flower, you need to collect Quenepa Berry, but you must also get a ton of Juvenile Fang.

Like Mavuika, most of Citlali’s Ascension and Talent material can be obtained within Natlan. However, you still need to travel to other nations if you want to get some of her Talent materials.
