- Hangout Events
In these events, the Traveler spends quality time with different 4-star characters, but each character usually has five different endings. When finishing the five different endings of a single character, the reward is 60x Primogems. Version 4.3 currently offers 18 Hangout Events in Genshin Impact. - Adventurer Handbook
The Experience tab in the Adventurer Handbook has different challenges that include Enhance level, Spend sigils, and more. By completing the 11 challenges, you level up your experience; by version 4.3, you can reach level 9. For each level, the rewards in the Adventurer Handbook include 150x Primogems. - Achievements
With the Achievements, you can get from 5 to 20 Primogems. The challenges and difficulty levels vary, but completing them is usually very fast. Also, the good news is that you can check the menu, and each Achievement describes how you can do it. - Exploration
