Armored Trucks were one of the easiest ways to get some cash in both GTA V and GTA Online, which are also now available in Game Pass. Rockstar tends to remove items or replace them with each update, and we’ve covered all cars that have been removed from GTA Online. Similarly, Rockstar removed this random event from GTA Online, but it was again introduced when the new update was released for the game on July 13th. So here are all armored truck locations in GTA Online.

In GTA Universe, the company tasked with moving valuable items, mostly money for banks, is Gruppe 6, which became a random event in GTA V where players could steal money from it. The random event was also available in GTA Online, but Rockstar removed it long ago. After many years, the random event has been added to GTA Online again, and players can now get some extra cash by robbing them.

Before we start on where you can find these armored trucks, it is essential to understand these are part of the random events that occur in the game. This means that you may find these in different locations, and sometimes the event won’t be triggered if you go to the places where you will find an armored truck differently. So keep that in mind in case you didn’t see an armored truck in one of the locations.

You can see the list of locations for an armored truck in GTA Online below. These locations are where most players from the GTA fanbase have said to encounter an armored truck. Once you get close enough, the truck will be shown on the mini-map with a little blue dot, suggesting that you’ve triggered the random event. Here is the list of locations where you can find armored trucks in GTA Online:

  • Low Power Street in Downtown
  • Capital Boulevard in East Los Santos
  • New Empire Way in Los Santos Internation Airport
  • North Rockford Drive in Morningwood
  • Vinewood Park Drive outside The Diamond Casino & Resort
  • Great Ocean Highway in Chumash
  • Smoke Tree Road in Grand Senora Desert
  • Grapeseed Main Street in Grapeseed
  • Cascabel Avenue in Paleto Bay

If you go straight to one of these locations once you log in to the game, there is a chance that the event won’t be triggered. It is best to play and search for the armored trucks. Once you find one, you can open them using a Sticky Bomb, a powerful Shotgun, or Heavy Sniper Rifle. The standard reward inside each truck is a briefcase filled with $25,000 cash.
