Similar to equipment in various other RPGs, these Ornaments are essential to boost your party members’ offensive and defensive stats. As you plow through the anime-styled turn-based RPG’s story, you might start wondering where you can get more Planar Ornaments for your party. If you have such questions, don’t worry. This guide will list all currently available Ornaments and explain where you can get them.
All Planar Ornaments List

How Can You Get More Ornaments?
In Honkai Star Rail, Planar Ornaments are a type of Relic that functions as equipment in the game. The Relics equipment is available in six different slots:
- Head.
- Body.
- Hands.
- Feet.
- Planar Sphere.
- Link Robe.
The first four slots can be filled with Cavern Relics. Meanwhile, Planar Sphere and Link Robe slots in Honkai Star Rail have to be filled with Planar Ornaments.
The Cavern Relics themselves are unlocked after you have completed the “Ones Fallen into the Abyss” Level 14 Trailblaze Mission. On the other hand, finishing the “No Time for Me, My Friend” Level 24 Trailblaze Mission will let you acquire Planar Ornaments.
Planar Ornament Relics come in four levels of Rarity: 2-Star, 3-Star, 4-Star, and 5-Star. In order to obtain and farm more Planar Ornaments in Honkai Star Rail, you have to run Herta’s Simulated Universe. This is the survival game mode that can be accessed through Herta’s Office once you complete the “Universe in a Nutshell” main mission.
Reach World 3 in the Simulated Universe, and you will encounter Immersion Devices after beating Elite or Boss Domains. By spending 40 Trailblaze Power or one Immersifier, you can then unlock the Devices and acquire an Ornament. The Boss Domain gives you twice the chance of obtaining the Ornaments. As seen in the Honkai Star Rail table above, different World levels will yield different kinds of Planar Ornaments.
However, 5-Star Planar Ornaments can also be obtained through the Relic Crafting feature in Omni-Synthesizer. Reach Trailblaze Level 40 to unlock the function. There, you can spend 100 Relic Remains material for a piece of Cavern Relic or Planar Ornament. The Main Stat will be randomized, but you can use a Self-Modeling Resin to pick specific ones. The Resin can be acquired from the Nameless Honor battle pass at Level 40.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on PC, PlayStation 4|5, Android, and iOS.
