In Spirittea, the bathhouse alone isn’t always enough to stop testy spirits from causing mischief. A tasty dish, on the other hand? Grouchy ghosts can have Kratos-level rage, but good food can ease the mood of the most perturbed poltergeist. Eating also refills your stamina, which never hurts. Each recipe costs quite a few Moolags to unlock, but having access to such creative cuisine is worth it. Here’s what you need to know about all recipes in Spirittea and how to make them.
Spirittea Recipe Guide
(Updated on September 16, 2024 – updated intro, links, and format)
It’s vital to follow each recipe. Unlike real life, Spirittea doesn’t have substitutions as the spirits (and your MC) would like recipes done right. If not, you will simply make a worthless item titled “Junk” and waste valuable resources. So, be sure to get the right ingredients for the recipes and use the proper cooking method.

How to Unlock Recipes
Primarily, you buy Spirittea recipes from Song’s Shop. They can cost as low as 30 Moolags, but most sell for 50 Moolags. In some cases, like Julian’s Family Recipes, you will only unlock the dish when completing a quest.
Of course, the stock rotates. As there’s no in-game description of when certain resources become available, you will just have to check the shop daily for different Spirittea recipes. If you’re shopping for ingredients, remember to drop them off in the storage or refrigerator whether at your home or the bathhouse. You’ll fill up your backpack quickly unless you purchase the upgrades for the larger sizes.
Now that you know how to make all recipes in Spirittea, it’s time to save some Moolags and stock up on ingredients. Those spirits aren’t known for their patience, so the sooner you can make meals they like, the better.
