Mario Kart World Tracks and Cups List

Mario Kart World is here to open the road, not only for a new generation of racers, but also for a new console. Ever since its announcement, we have been all excited about the new open world format and the many modes we’d enjoy in this entry. However, veteran racers are always interested in the many courses the game will have. With Mario Kart World being the largest and most ambitious Mario Kart yet, we’ve made a list of all the tracks and cups you can find in the game.

[Note: This list contains some of the tracks we’ve seen and unlocked for ourselves, but we’ll update it as we unlock more or new ones get added into the game post-launch.]

Every Track and Cup in Mario Kart World

With almost 10 cups to try and around four tracks in each, Mario Kart World players will have a lot of places to visit, race around, and most importantly, wreak havoc with the perfectly aimed turtle shell. Below is a list of the current tracks and cups in the game:

  • Mushroom Cup
    • Mario Bros. Circuit
    • Crown City
    • Whistlestop Summit
    • Dk Spaceport
  • Flower Cup
    • Desert Hills
    • Shy Guy Bazaar
    • Wario Stadium
    • Airship Fortress
  • Star Cup
    • DK Pass
    • Starview Peak
    • Sky-High Sundae
    • Wario’s Galleon
  • Shell Cup
    • Koopa Troopa Beach
    • Faraway Oasis
    • Crown City
    • Peach Stadium
  • Banana Cup
    • Peach Beach
    • Salty Salty Speedway
    • Dino Dino Jungle
    • Great “?” Block Ruins
  • Leaf Cup
    • Cheep Cheep Falls
    • Dandelion Depths
    • Boo Cinema
    • Dry Bones Burnout
  • Lightning Cup
    • Moo Moo Meadows
    • Choco Mountain
    • Toad’s Factory
    • Bowser’s Castle
  • Special Cup
    • Acorn Heights
    • Mario Circuit
    • Peach Stadium
    • Rainbow Road

As you can see, there are, at the moment of writing, 32 tracks across eight cups. One important thing, though, is that to unlock the Special Cup, you need to win all previous cups first. It seems that the order doesn’t matter as soon as you finish all of them.

Furthermore, with the previous Mario Kart games‘ track record, we’ll likely get even more tracks in the future. If that’s the case, we’ll update this list accordingly.
