Apex Legends has received an update today (August 10) so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. We’ll include it here, but an additional hotfix has yet to go out today. This will include a few more fixes alongside the main update. As for the main update though, there isn’t much to consider here. Some minor bug fixes that mainly focus around Seer’s abilities being refined, so no more of those pesky issues. A few other things to consider as well though. Without further adieu, here’s all that’s new with today’s (August 10) Apex Legends update.
Apex Legends August 10 Update Patch Notes
- Fixes bugs with Seer’s abilities
- Bomb Solves a script error that was sometimes triggered by an interaction between Fuse’s ult and Wattson’s ult
And for the hotfix later today, here’s what’s coming:
- Reduces Prowler damage from 15>14
- Reduces speed while ADSing with the L-Star
- Fixes a map hole near Climatizer
- Money bag Raises prices for the Prowler and L-Star in Arenas
Overall, some small but good changes for the Apex Legends August 10 update. The L-Star being changed is a particular area of note. There have been a few videos going around of the extended mag attachment and Rampart’s passive interaction with the weapon, resulting in some crazy shenanigans that simply needed to be fixed for the sake of balance. It’s no surprise the Prowler is being changed either, with it just having left the supply drop and all. Some great changes all around though, and surely more to come in the coming weeks. The developers even teased a Seer balance patch coming soon and, seeing as he desperately needs it, I can’t wait to see what’s changed.
Apex Legends is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. For more information regarding this update, check out the official Twitter post.
