Is Bulbmin in Pikmin 4?
Bulbmin is one of the weirdest Pikmin in the game. This type is a parasite that infects the Red Bulborb and takes control of it. They are immune to Poison, Electricity, Water, and Fire, making them one of the best Pikmin in the series.
Players could encounter this enemy in some of the caves in Pikmin 2. However, if you defeat the adult Bulbmin, you can use the whistle to take control of the remaining juvenile Bulbmin. However, they had limited use, as you could not leave the cave with them. Unfortunately, despite all the resistance and love from the fans, Bulbmin has not appeared in Pikmin 4, at least for now. Perhaps this will change with future updates.
Is Puffmin in Pikmin 4?
Puffmin is the second strange type in the series. This Pikmin is infected with Puffstool’s spores, causing it to turn purple and its eyes completely white. They become something like Pikmin zombies. They don’t attack other Pikmin, only Olimar. During their assault, they make creepy sounds similar to laughter.
Unfortunately, these cute zombies are not in the sequel. Maybe Puffmin has too dark a style for Pikmin 4. We think that this type of Pikmin would diversify the gameplay. Still, Nintendo has added unique Pikmin to the fourth entry’s adventure. During night expeditions, you can use the new Glow Pikmin. This type is a bit like Bulbmin and Puffmin. For example, Glowmin is also immune to most hazards, namely Ice, Poison, Water, Electricity, and Fire.
