Ashton Kutcher appeared to be in the holiday spirit this week when he stepped out for dinner. The actor was spotted leaving the Greek restaurant Avra solo on Tuesday. However, he did it in style. When he headed to the valet to retrieve his vehicle, he wasn’t shy about pulling out a stack of cash and tipping the helper a $100 bill for his services. Meanwhile, fans had thoughts about his generosity.
According to The Daily Mail, Ashton Kutcher had a meal in Beverly Hills this week before sharing the wealth with his valet. That 70s Show star was spotted wearing black jeans and a black crewneck sweatshirt. He sported a striped gray shirt underneath and had his dark brown hair perfectly coiffed. Kutcher accessorized his casual look with a pair of white New Balance sneakers and some dark glasses. In addition, after months of sporting a mustache, he appeared clean-shaven.
While the valet was likely appreciative of Ashton’s generosity, some fans weren’t buying it. Instead, some left comments about how the actor was likely trying to get some good press knowing the paparazzi were ready to snap photos.

“He looks stressed and I am not mad about that,” one person commented.
“Trying to buy some good press- won’t work we’ve known for a long time stuff was going to come out about him,” another stated.
“Is this some positive PR to distract from the fact he was besties with Diddy?” a third person asked.
“And his family is NOWHERE to be seen,” a fourth comment pointed out.
The backlash against Kutcher comes after his former friend, Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on sexual misconduct charges. The disgraced music mogul has been accused of heinous crimes and is currently in prison awaiting trial. While Ashton hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing involving Diddy, it’s not a good look for the actor. In previous years, Kutcher’s close friend and frequent co-star, Danny Masterson, was convicted of rape. Kutcher, as well as his wife Mila Kunis, caused a firestorm online after it was revealed that they wrote character letters to Masterson’s judge asking for leniency.
Ashton and Mila are No Strangers to Scandal
Ashton and Mila issued a public apology following the scandal. However, they have allegedly remained close to Masterson’s family following his conviction.
It was previously reported that Kutcher’s connections to both Masterson and Diddy may lead to a serious career decline for the star. An insider previously told In Touch that Ashton’s acting career may be hard to salvage following the scandal that continue to mount around him. “Ashton needs to pick his friends better,” said the source.
Meanwhile, Kutcher seems to be staying out of the Diddy drama for now. He’s reportedly not a target in the investigation. However, he is one of the many celebrities who were known to party with Diddy over the years.
Ashton Kutcher is staying quiet about the allegations against Diddy. Much like the rapper’s other former friends such as Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, and others, he’s chosen to keep silent on the touchy subject.
