Theme: Back to the 80’s
Me: “Yes, Brayden, we wore these in the 80’s!”
My son loved these sunglasses and thought they were really cool. I think he was a little jealous when I told him they used to be “in style” and everyone wore them. You never know, he might bring this back to “cool” in 2016! Either way, he thinks he is pretty cool.
Any Back to the Future fan knows exactly where this license plate can be found. It is an actual license plate too! Pretty cool!
OK…when I was younger, I would have DIED to have an autographed picture of Ralph Macchio in The Karate Kid. He was SO cute, right? I”m sure I had at least one poster of him on my wall back in the 80’s. I still like The Karate Kid movies today.
With the new Ghostbusters movie just coming out, this poster came right in time! It’s a Bam! Box Exclusive Rocky Davies Signed Print. Now some of the subscribers got the original print while 500 received the red 1-Up card for the “Ecto Cooler” variant. Looks like maybe we were 197 of 500 (based on the print).
Do you remember which movie brought the world the “Truffle Shuffle”? Take a look at this:
That’s right, The Goonies! Wasn’t the 80’s great?!?
Along with these items, there were also some original pencil sketches from some of the best 80’s tv shows and movies.
Summary: This box brought me back to my younger days. Yes, I grew up in the 80’s and remember all of these things. It was a great box and I thoroughly enjoyed looking through it and getting a “blast from the past.” If every box contains items like this, it would be something to look forward to every month.
Current Box Information: You’ve got approximately 28 more days to pick up the next box which has a “crazy” theme. It will honor those who are either insane or just plain crazy. It definitely looks interesting!
