Before the 90 Days’ Sheila is having some issues right now. This one is pretty strange, truth be told. For the uninitiated, both Sheila and David have hearing issues. But these two also live many miles apart—namely, Nebraska to The Philippines. So, there is also a bit of a language barrier between the two. For that reason, he has an interpreter that helps him communicate. Mainly because he has to use ASL, and Sheila is still learning how to do it. So, it is pretty surreal that Sheila is jealous of David’s interpreter.
There is a new clip floating around of all of them together. One quick glance will show you how threatened Sheila is by her. She is fidgeting with herself and seems uncomfortable in her own skin whenever David has to talk to the interpreter.
Sheila Is Jealous Of David’s Relationship With His Interpreter
In the clip, we see Sheila address said insecurity a little bit. She says, “The interpreter is difficult for me because she does better signing than me. She’s young, and I feel a little jealous. Honestly, for me, I would like to find an interpreter that’s a man, not a girl.” That is a somewhat dangerous mindset. When one person in a relationship says who the other can talk to, that is a slippery slope. Also, her insecurity has nothing to do with David. He is a good guy and doesn’t do anything to make her feel less than.
Instead, that is all on Sheila. If you fold every time your partner talks to someone of the opposite sex, that’s on you. People who are that insecure in their skin need to fall in love with themselves before they try to date. That confidence comes from within and not from other people. Sheila needs to come to terms with that.
