After some stellar voice acting roles this year, Ben Starr and Neil Newbon are joining Warframe‘s new cinematic quests. For those of you who don’t know, Ben Starr voiced Clive in Final Fantasy 16, and Neil Newbon voiced Astarion in Baldur’s Gate 3. With the huge success these actors had, Digital Extremes has offered them a role in the upcoming content for its live service title. While those with keen ears might’ve spotted Ben Starr already during the past TennoCon 2023. Overall, 2024 looks like a great year for the studio now that it has these well-known actors.

Ben Starr and Neil Newbon Join Warframe 1999 and Whispers in the Walls

Congratulations to @NeilNewbon for winning Best Performance at #TheGameAwards!

Neil brought a refined air to Astarion in Baldurโ€™s Gate 3 and heโ€™ll be doing the same in #Warframe as Fibonacci, the leader of the Cavia Syndicate in #WhispersintheWalls! https://t.co/GTLEJrhscg pic.twitter.com/qCkVKyqgo0

Both Ben Starr and Neil Newbon broke the internet with their recent roles, with the latter becoming one of the most beloved voice actors of the year. With both of them nominated for The Game Awards, it’s safe to assume their career just took a huge leap, and we’ll get to see them, or rather, hear them in many more games. For now, though, we’ll get to see them don the outfits of two new characters in Warframe: Whispers in the Walls and Warframe 1999.

So far, we know Whispers in the Walls is on its way with many additions to the already fantastic game. According to the official information, we’ll hear more about the former vampire in this quest when it launches on December 13. On the other hand, Warframe 1999 is still a bit far away, but we can’t wait to see what Digital Extremes is cooking for us.

If you haven’t played this title, now’s the time. With cross-platform on its way and many more Warframes coming to the game, this is the perfect moment to join all Tenno. And if this isn’t your cup of tea, remember Soulframe is coming too, and from what we saw, it’s packing a lot of fun stuff for all gamers.
