Want to know how to create the best Cleric build in Halls of Torment? In most RPGs, Clerics are good healers and can support the whole team. However, in Halls of Torment, this character works a little differently. He has one of the highest Attack stats of any unit in the game. Therefore, by playing Cleric, you can heal back the damage you receive during combat. But you need a suitable build for your “healing” to be as effective as possible. So, read on to find out how to create the strongest Cleric in Halls of Torment.

Cleric is one of the most powerful and controversial characters in Halls of Torment. He uses Holy Sceptre to attack multiple enemies with a wide cone at once. However, Cleric has 0% Crit Chance and Crit Damage stats. But he does not need them since his Damage stat is 666 from the very beginning. Sounds powerful, but in reality, there is a small nuance.

All this damage is split among the enemies you hit. It greatly reduces the effectiveness of your attacks against hordes. But the bosses will feel the full power of your “treatment” when targeted alone. As a result, you can use the best Cleric build to become a killing machine in Halls of Torment.

First of all, you should invest in Damage and Attack Speed stats. Since all bonuses increase your stats by a percentage, you will be able to reach huge numbers of Damage. As for Range, you have to choose between raising this stat for better crowd control or decreasing it for more DPS. For all this, we recommend picking the following Traits:

  • Quick Hands – Increases Attack Speed by 8%
  • Strength – Increases Damage by 10%
  • Multihit – Increases Additional Attacks by 10%
  • Weapon Proficiency (Attack Speed) – Increases Attack Speed by 15%

Increasing stats is only half the battle, as you still need to choose the right Abilities. We recommend you take Radiant Aura, which doubles your Cleric’s normal attack. You can also use Lightning Strike to separate groups of enemies and deal massive damage to them with your normal attack. Or, use Abilities like Dragon’s Breath if you want. And finally, here are Items that will increase the same stats as Traits:

  • Wind Crown
  • Collar of Confidence with Longfinger Gloves

That’s all you need to know about creating the best Cleric build in Halls of Torment. Using our tips, you can create a holy unit of death and clear every level in the game. And while you are here, take a look at our guide on how to get Potions in Halls of Torment.
