In Starfield‘s vast expanse, you will come across a plethora of invaluable resources. One of the many resources is Plutonium. In Starfield, Plutonium is an Exotic Tier 3 Resource, which makes it very rare and hard to farm. Once you land on any of these planets, you will be able to set up an Outpost and customize it to mine the valuable resources.
