Some armor sets in Starfield are easier to obtain than others. Some items, for example, require you to finish the game, including one alien armor set in particular. So, here we’ll explain how to get Starborn Armor in Starfield. This is an extremely powerful armor and it is unlikely that you will be able to improve one of your space suits to surpass it.
Getting Starfield Starborn Armor
As alluded to above, you will not have the opportunity to get this armor until the end of the game. Some players may wonder why they need this armor if they have already completed the game. It’s very simple, it will not be available to you in your first playthrough, but only after you start New Game Plus. This is a mode in which you start a new playthrough but with additional bonuses, such as:
- Starborn Ship
- Starborn Spacesuit
Instead, all your other resources and loot are not saved. All that will be available to you in the next playthrough is only your current level and the skills you have leveled up.
This way, you can play the game over and over again and get new and better versions of the Starborn Spacesuit to make each new playthrough even easier. In general, you can use the New Game Plus feature as many times as you want, but the first 10 playthroughs will get you new upgrades to this armor. Here’s a list of all available Starborn Spacesuits in order of playthrough:
- Starborn Spacesuit Astra
- Starborn Spacesuit Materia
- Starborn Spacesuit Locus
- Starborn Spacesuit Tenebris
- Starborn Spacesuit Solis
- Starborn Spacesuit Gravitas
- Starborn Spacesuit Bellun
- Starborn Spacesuit Tempus
- Starborn Spacesuit Avitus
- Starborn Spacesuit Venator
Starfield: Starborn Armor Stats
This armor is endowed with unique and powerful characteristics that no other armor can match. Here are the stats of each Starborn Spacesuit:
Spacesuit | PHYS | ENGY | EM | Radiation | Airborne | Corrosive | Thermal |
Starborn Astra | 149 | 149 | 149 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Materia | 159 | 159 | 159 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Locus | 170 | 170 | 170 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Tenebris | 181 | 181 | 181 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Solis | 192 | 192 | 192 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Gravitas | 203 | 203 | 203 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Bellun | 214 | 214 | 214 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Tempus | 224 | 224 | 224 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Avitus | 235 | 235 | 235 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
Starborn Venator | 246 | 246 | 246 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 50 |
As you can see, there is no bonus to Radarion, Airborne, Corrosive, and Thermal defense. We think this is the right decision because if this value were to increase, the armor would be truly unbalanced. In addition, each armor will also be endowed with unique effects, or perks. Here are the ones we came across:
- Balanced Backpack
- O2 Filter: Oxygen consumption is 25% less.
- Resource Hauler: The weight of resources is 25% less.
- Sensor Chip: When you are on the move, your shooting accuracy is increased by 20%.
If you are a fan of the game and are ready to play through it many times, we definitely recommend using this armor.
Starbon Armor Console IF
If you’re not ready to play the game so many times to get these items, you can use a more sneaky method. As in other Bethesda games, you can use the console to enter cheat commands. To get Starborn Armor, you need to know its ID, and then you can use the command. Here’s what it looks like:
- “ additem (Item ID) (Value) ”
All you need to do is open the console using the “~” or “`” keys, and then you can paste this command there or enter it manually. Value is responsible for the number of items you want to receive. Here are the IDs of all Starborn Spacesuits:
Spacesuit | ID |
Starborn Astra | 0012E187 |
Starborn Materia | 001CBA49 |
Starborn Locus | 001CBA4A |
Starborn Tenebris | 001CBA4D |

That’s it. Now you know how to get Starborn Armor in Starfield, as well as its stats. However, if you don’t want to start New Game Plus but still need a powerful spacesuit, here we have a list of the best spacesuits in Starfield, make sure to check it out.
