Unfortunately for the MW3 fans, the best sniper rifle that has the highest ADS speed is a weapon from MW2. The SP-X is the only weapon that can one-shot enemies when hit to the upper body. The Modern Warfare 3 sniper rifles are too heavy for a rushing quickscope playstyle, and other quicker marksman rifles like SA-B won’t one-shot the enemy targets.
So while the SP-X is the only option for setting the best quickscope loadout/class in Modern Warfare 3, it does need some essential attachments to be the ultimate quick SR we need. First, we need a 22.5″ Elevate-11 barrel. This add-on compacts the SP-X while giving it the least penalty on damage and bullet velocity.
