Get your game on with Honkai: Star Rail‘s best Simulated Universe blessings. HoYoverse is constantly adding new systems to help you get ahead. The Simulated Universe is one of the best for regular in-game material rewards. It carries that Slay the Spire vibe for indie game lovers, but in space. Genius character Herta knows what’s up and is all about unlocking the power of the Aeons. Not only will you learn more about them, but you’ll also reap the rewards with Stellar Jades every week.

What is the Simulated Universe in Honkai?

[Updated on August 27, 2024 – Updated links and formatting]

The Simulated Universe is a cosmic combat challenge that drops players into a semi-randomized labyrinth. You read that right — the layout, enemies, and rewards differ each time, making it an authentic rogue-like experience. The challenge consists of six main levels, or Worlds, with each World having multiple floors to tackle, and multiple blessings in Honkai Star Rail boost your characters. The difficulty spikes as you clear each World, starting from the relatively easy World one, which is doable for level 16 characters.

Aeons’ Blessings can give you powerful buffs earned by defeating enemies. And the best part? You can choose which ones work best for your team based on your character traits and lineup. Then, mix and match for some surprising effects.

  • Every time you defeat an enemy, you’ll get to choose a blessing.
  • Every time you run into Herta in the Simulated Universe, you’ll get to enhance a blessing.
  • Random events can also give you random Blessings if that’s the path you choose to take.

Your best bet is to go with the Preservation Path. Preservation blessings are shield-based and can make your team extremely powerful if you stick by them. Don’t think it’s all about defense, as these cards can also boost your CRIT and overall DMG. You need a shield for most of them to work, so bringing a Shielding character along is always a good idea.

Here are a couple of examples of the best Preservation Path blessings in Honkai Star Rail:

  • Rotation: Removes debuffs when a character receives a shield.
  • Firmness: Shielded characters receive reduced DMG.
  • Quadrangular Pyramid: Increases the maximum DMG absorbed by shields.
  • Assemble: The more blessings of Preservation you have, the higher the character’s defense becomes.
  • Burst: Shielded characters have increased CRIT damage.
  • Macrosegregation: Characters get a special stackable shield when they jump into battle.
  • Metastatic field: After an attack hits a character, it deals Quake DMG.
