Looking for the best SMG in Warzone Season 6 loadout is a confusing adventure. Season 6 does have its patch notes where you learn that Bas-P is now a powerhouse on paper, and the Lachmann bros are not as good as they used to be. However, after hours and hours of playing the game on different maps, we’ve finally come to a conclusion of which SMG is the best to use in Warzone Season 6. Let’s find out.
Best Warzone Season 6 SMG Loadout For Short-Range
- Barrel: 6.5″ Bruen Drake
- Laser: VLK LZR
- Rear Grip: Bruen Flash Grip
- Magazine: 50-Round Drum
- Optic: Cronen Mini Dot
As it turns out, not only Bas-P is good on stats and papers, but it actually delivers a very high-quality performance on the field! Some players are even using this weapon for mid to long-range kills; something to have beside your Lockwood 300 one-shot Shotgun. Here are all the changes made to Bas-P in the Season 6 patch notes:
- Neck Damage Multiplier increased | Warzone Only
- Torso Damage Multipliers increased | Warzone Only
- Limb Damage Multipliers increased | Warzone Only
Well, seems like the developers really do love this weapon to be honest. Bas-P is an underrated SMG, being buffed nearly every Season. For Season 6 however, it has got a serious buff, making it the best SMG to build a loadout with in Warzone.
If you’re a hit-n-run player, then it’s best to stick with the first loadout mentioned above. All the strong mobility plus points come from the 6.5″ Bruen Drake barrel. You’ll lose some damage points in stats, but once you use this beast in one match, you’ll see it makes nearly 0 difference in the damage department. Next, we’ve got the VLK LZR laser, which has been our best friend in the gunsmith for a long time now. Boosting both ADS Time and sprint to fire speed, the VLK never disappoints.
The Bruen Flash grip is also for mobility-increasing reasons. And then, let’s just fix the Bas-P’s iron sights. Maybe this is the reason not many players like this SMG. Nonetheless, use a Cronen Mini Dot and we’re good to go. And for the last attachment, don’t forget that Bas-P has a very high fire rate; so a 50-Round Drum magazine is an emergency here.
Bas-P Mid-Range Build
- Muzzle: Singuard MKV
- Rear Grip: Bruen Flash Grip
- Laser: VLK LZR
- Magazine: 50-Round Drum
- Optic: Aim OP-V4
Starting off with the second loadout for Bas-P as the best SMG in Warzone Season 6, you realize that most of the attachments are the same. We need Aim OP-V4 to hit ranged targets, and again, a 50-round Drum magazine is needed. Besides, we got the Bruen Flash Grip and VLK LZR laser as well, as they fit so nicely on Bas-P, buffing its accuracy and mobility. In fact, Bas-P is not a very accurate weapon when it comes to recoil control, and that’s where the last attachment comes into play.
For one final attachment, however, we don’t use the same 6.5″ Bruen Drake barrel anymore. We need range, and what adds to the range stats on the SMG category attachments? The holy Singuard MKV silencer! Tune this attachment to max recoil control and range, and you’ll get the best results with your best Bas-P SMG loadout in Warzone Season 6.
Keep in mind that you can tune all the attachments to match your playstyle. If you want a long-range hitting weapon, but still don’t want to lose mobility that much, tune the attachments to ADS timing and sprint to fire speed. And if you’re a sharpshooter who wants maximum recoil control, you know what to do to control gun kicks.
And there you have it, this is currently the best Warzone Season 6 SMG loadout. However, the good old MP7 is still a heavy hitter in Warzone and MW2. We have built an absolute monster of a long-range hitting loadout with the Vel-46; something to put aside the Lockwood 300. Click on the link below and find out.
