This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

In Cyberpunk 2077 (2.0), the attribute system has been optimized and there are even more options for builds you can create. Newcomers and even experienced players can get confused by this system, so you need to carefully study what awaits you. Next, we’re going to talk about the best starting attributes in Cyberpunk 2077 (2.0). Depending on your playstyle, we’ve selected a few options for upgrading the attribute system that you can use.

As we mentioned above, in this guide, we have prepared for you several options for upgrading attributes for different playstyles, namely:

  • Tank
  • Hacker
  • Stealth

Although there are only 3 options here, they will be useful for almost all the challenges that await you in the game. If you’d like, you can simply reset the attributes and create the desired build again, depending on your preferences. So, let’s not waste time and take a closer look at each of them.

Tank

Being a tank is quite a risky step because not all players, even with a lot of health, can skillfully deal with constant enemy attacks. If you decide to make a tank out of V, we recommend investing your points in the following attributes:

  • Body: This will make you more resilient and absorb some of the damage. It also opens up plenty of new features, including heavy weapons that will be most useful in close combat when you are surrounded by enemies.
  • Cool: You’ll need to deal a lot of damage while standing still, and this attribute is designed to do that. You will deal critical damage much more often and also increase the chance of a critical hit. When surrounded by enemies, you can simply stand in one place and kill them one by one, healing occasionally if necessary.
  • Technical Ability: By leveling up this attribute, you can further upgrade your weapon to deal more damage. In addition, you gain access to explosives, which you can use to build a good strategy for destroying enemies.

The combination of these attributes makes you a great tank, and you can easily handle numerous waves of enemies or difficult bosses that deal a lot of damage.

Hacker

In the futuristic world, where almost everything and everyone is connected to technology, hackers can be compared to the dominant elites of this world. Of course, you’ll need to work a little harder to take down your enemies effectively, and here’s what we recommend you upgrade:

  • Technical Ability: In addition to gaining access to a wide range of explosives and technical weapons, the benefits don’t end there. For a hacker, Technical Ability also means access to high-quality software which will be helpful, for example, when you need to get through locked doors or deactivate devices.
  • Intelligence: This attribute will unlock your potential as a netrunner. You can easily maintain complex dialogues about the Net, and also quickhack your enemies’ systems to stun them and gain an advantage in battle.
  • Reflexes: This is more like a secondary attribute that will be useful to you in difficult situations. With it, you can easily slip away or react quickly to something in certain situations.

As you level up these attributes, you will quickly become a skilled hacker and understand how easy the game can be.

Stealth

We saved the sweetest for last. Many players love the stealth mode, so you can also try to become a ninja in the noisy and aggressive world of Cyberpunk 2077. So, here are the attributes we recommend upgrading to become an invisible killer:

  • Intelligence: The first thing you need to focus on is developing a strategy before you go into battle. To kill one enemy after another without being noticed, you need to upgrade this attribute. This will allow you to disable security systems to disorient enemies and move more safely through the area.
  • Cool: Most of the success for stealth players depends on this attribute. By upgrading Cool, you increase your critical damage, which allows you to kill the enemies faster. It is essential to kill an enemy quickly and quietly because if they make a fuss, others will come and then your stealth will be reduced to nothing. Thus, this attribute allows you to kill enemies with almost one hit, and this will be enough to continue your movement unnoticed.
  • Reflexes: This attribute is no less important than the previous one. By upgrading it, you not only increase the chance of a critical hit by 0.5% for every point you spend on upgrading skills in the perk tree but also gain many other important benefits. Reflexes help you react faster and thus better avoid enemy attacks. In addition, your maneuverability will increase significantly, allowing you to remain invisible for much longer.

So, if you decide to become an assassin in the world of the future, these perks will be the best choice for you
