Draw Tickets in Solo Leveling: ARISE might get you new characters, but you won’t get anywhere if you don’t level them up along with their weapons. For that endeavor, you’re going to need more Gold than you think. It’s the primary resource for leveling characters, weapons, and even artifacts. So it would do your account well to learn the best way to farm gold in Solo Leveling: ARISE.
Where to Get Gold in Solo Leveling: ARISE
Do note that there’s no single “Gold mine” in Solo Leveling: ARISE. You’re going to have to perform several activities that reward Gold.
Some of these activities are also gated and locked behind progression and you have to play the main Story Chapters to unlock some of them.
Hunter Pass Progression
You can check the Hunter Pass (Battle Pass) in Solo Leveling: ARISE to see your progress and you’ll want to perform this frequently. The rewards are quite lucrative here if you want Gold. Even the very first reward in the free Hunter Pass track will give you 50,000 Gold.
After that, you’ll get even more Gold (increments of 50,000) for every five stages you complete in the free Hunter Pass. All you have to do is perform the Daily and Weekly Missions in the Hunter Pass to progress the Hunter Pass EXP bar.
It’s by far one of the most focused way of farming Gold in Solo Leveling: ARISE.
Challenge Completion
Check the Challenges tab in the main menu to see the requirements for these Challenges. Most Challenge milestones will reward you with 5,000 Gold.
Some will reward you with Essence Stones and even Draw Tickets. Most of them are easy to complete and would just require you to finish the Story Chapters or Side Chapters.
Gate Mining & Clearing
If you want something more effortless, then Gate Mining is just a few clicks away. Both Gate Mining and manual Gate clearing can reward Gold. It’s not as generous as the Hunter Pass milestone rewards but they can still add up.
Additionally, the game will reward you with a good amount of Gate Keys every day anyway, and you’ll want to ensure that you’re spending these consistently. For the manual Gate clearing, you can even just automate the combat once you have unlocked Story Chapter 6. Speaking of which…
Story & Side Chapters
This one is technically free and doesn’t require much from you past Story Chapter 6 once you’ve unlocked automatic combat.
Finishing Story and Side Chapter missions for the first time will reward several thousands of Gold. By the time you’re done with the Chapters, you’ll probably be swimming in millions of Gold.
However, you will need to spend some of this Gold right away since certain Story Chapters have a level requirement for Jinwoo.
Activity Funds Collection
You don’t even have to grind the missions or in combat to get Gold in Solo Leveling: ARISE. Upon logging in every day, you can just check the initial lobby with Jinwoo and head over to the Activity Funds machine. This machine will accumulate resources for you in your absence or over time.
Gold is among the list of resources that the Activity Funds machine will collect for you. All you have to do is remember to collect the Activity Funds. You’ll get more the longer you’re away.
But even then, don’t expect much from this low-effort Gold farm in Solo Levelingl: ARISE.
Battlefield of Trials
You’ll unlock the Battlefield of Trials after Story Chapter 6 and you can even check what each Floor can reward you with. It’s about as lucrative as the Hunter Pass and can reward tens of thousands of Gold every five Floors or so.
The kicker is that you need to make an effort here in building your Hunter teams. The Battlefield of Trials will keep increasing in difficulty as you progress so there’s a diminishing return here when it comes to Gold farming. Moreover, certain Floors also have a level requirement.
Still, it’s worth it if you need a quick pile of Gold to level up your Hunters or weapons.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is available on PC and mobile platforms.
