While America was consumed with the big game, Beyoncé quietly dropped new music and announced the much-anticipated follow-up to “Renaissance.”
The Singer Dropped Two New Singles on Tidal During the Big Game
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the next part of what has been said to be a three-part “Renaissance” rollout. We now know that “Act II” — believed to focus on Beyoncé’s country roots — is scheduled to drop on March 29.
Going to Beyoncé’s website shares a teaser, with an old-school taxi navigating quiet country roads. Clicking on it brings you to a page that directs you to the two new songs, “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages,” now available on Tidal.
That wasn’t Beyoncé’s only association to the big game either. She also stunned in a Verizon spot, dressed in all red as she engaged in “breaking the internet” yet agian.

If you think the Super Bowl would drown out the hype for new music from Beyoncé, think again. While Bey enjoys the big game in Las Vegas with many other famous faces, fans are already raving about what the new project may bring.
“beyoncé just up here drinking a bud light and eating nachos while the rest of the globe is crying and throwing up because we don’t know what any of this means,” one fan tweeted.
Another wrote, “Beyoncé got me yeehawing up and down this house.”
Lil Nas X, a known Beyoncé fan, also reacted, writing, “Beyoncé finna make me put my cowboy hat back on.”
