Variety reports that singer/songwriter Billie Eilish will star in an upcoming animated short for Disney Plus on Friday, April 22nd. The Disney Plus original will be a crossover between Billie Eilish and The Simpsons titled When Billie Met Lisa. Eilish made the announcement today via social media and included an animated visual of her and Lisa Simpson performing together in a studio.
When Billie Met Lisa stars Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas who discover a wandering Lisa Simpson playing her saxophone. Lisa is then invited back to the studio with the pop star siblings for a special jam session.

Billie Eilish Is No Stranger To Animation Or Disney Plus
Although this will be her first appearance on The Simpsons, fans of Billie Eilish know that sheโs no stranger to animation or Disney Plusโback in September 2021, the Grammy award-winning singer released Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles on the Disney streaming service. The part live-action, the part-animated film, was a cinematic musical directed by Robert Rodriguez, Kerry Asmussen, and Disney animator Patrick Osborne. Happier Than Ever was the first Disney Plus original for the alternative pop star.
