Want to know how to improve and increase employee morale in BitLife? The latest BitLife update has many solutions for running a successful company. One of the most important is employee management. You want to keep them happy so that they can improve their performance. If you are interested in learning how to improve employee performance by improving their morale, keep reading this guide.

BitLife: How to Increase Employee Morale

Employee performance is at the heart of any successful business operation. Luckily, there are many ways you can improve their morale.  Here are the top four methods:

  • Recognition
  • Bonuses
  • Pay Raises
  • Team Building Exercises

Of the four methods, recognizing your employees is the only one that won’t cost you money. Thus, ensure you recognize the employees as often as possible because the recognitions often add up, and this will slowly raise their morale. The other effective strategies include bonuses and pay raises. These are costly, but the more you give, the more employees show appreciation by working harder. To reward employees, go to their profile and gift them a bonus.

Also, by navigating to the business menu and selecting Payroll, you can check to see whether you are providing low, average, or above-average compensation. If you raise the figures here, your yearly expenses will rise, but so will your company’s performance. The last way to increase team morale is through Team Building Exercises. You can engage your employees in sporting activities, take them out for coffee, etc. While these activities cost money, they will boost employees’ morale, especially if they are enjoyable.

Even as you try to motivate your employees, know that not all are good workers. You can track employee morale in the Employee section. If the employee has low morale, issue them a warning or fire them. To warn an employee, tap on the employee and the Warn button. If you are going to fire them, remember to warn them first; otherwise, they can sue you for their losses.
