Britney Spears’ lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, attacks Kevin Federline for violation of privacy. Federline, in an attempt to disrepute Spears, released footage of her having an argument with her sons. The star’s lawyer is all out to protect his client as he went on to speak on areas where Kevin crossed the line.
Britney Spears’ Lawyer Attacks Kevin Federline On Privacy Violation Basis
Mathew Rosengart, Britney Spears’ lawyer, slammed Kevin Federline for violating the star’s privacy. The LA-based lawyer also spent time talking about Kevin’s attempts to make the icon look bad publicly.
The lawyer, who also helped Spears out of conservatorship, opposed Federline’s recent video. The dad and ex of the superstar singer shared a video of the mother of his sons in an argument to make her look bad. However, Britney Spears’ attorney isn’t silent on the issue, which he referred to as a violation of privacy. Rosengart, the attorney, defended his client in an interview with PageSix. He pointed out that Spears is a brilliantly-talented, hardworking icon who is loved around the world. He stated that, unfortunately, it is the reverse for Mr. Federline.
In further defense of his client, Rosengart pointed out that Spears has been a good mom that loves and supports her sons, Sean Preston,16, and Jayden James, 17. The children from the union of the marriage of two years were, however, undermined and exposed to the public by their father.
Britney Spears’ lawyer went on to attack Kevin Federline for not protecting the privacy of his children by sharing that video. Rosengart disclosed that Federline, 44, may have broken the law by sharing the video without Spears’ consent.
The lawyer with a long-term work relationship with Spears is taking further steps with Instagram about the issue. Rosengart revealed that Britney Spears commented on the privacy violation issue. The one-time special guest at Super Bowl stated that whatever is going on between her and her boys should remain private. This implies that she feels Federline was wrong in his actions.
The 44-year-old Federline seems to regret his actions of privacy violation against Britney Spears as he deleted the clips from his Instagram. However, Rosengart may be keen on seeing the case to the end. The lawyer concluded his statement by urging Federline to act with a measure of grace and decency and stop discussing private matters publicly.
