Brittany Mahomes is opening up about a difficult time her family is going through. The retired soccer player shared a super relatable parenting moment on social media. Brittany revealed that her daughter 3-year-old daughter was dealing with a stomach virus that just won’t go away.
Brittany Mahomes’ Daughter Struggling To Recover From Stomach Virus
She took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of her daughter Sterling Skye falling asleep on her chest. The mother-daughter duo cuddled in bed and the Kansas City Current co-owner shared in the caption, “Day 4 of sickness for my baby boo. Some stomach virus that won’t get the heck out of here.” However, the 28-year-old offered a glimpse of hope about the worrying health situation.
In a follow-up post, Patrick Mahomes‘ wife detailed that her toddler was fighting back. Per OK magazine, she posted a sweet snap of her and Sterling enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool. The doting matriarch flaunted her figure in navy blue two-piece swimwear, while little Sterling opted for a pink onesie and a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses. “Who says a dip in the pool can’t fix it,” Brittany wrote in the accompanying caption. “Sis randomly just said she wanted to go swimming, so we are feeling better.”
Brittany Mahomes Accused Of Being A ‘Fake’ Friend To Taylor Swift
Brittany’s revelation about her daughter’s health comes amid rumors that her friendship with Taylor Swift is nothing but a performance. Swift and Brittany became close thanks to their men — Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, respectively — being best pals and Kansas City Chiefs teammates. While the world celebrated the WAGs’ close bond, a source claimed it was all an act because Brittany wanted to capitalize on the singer’s fame.
“She is acting like Taylor’s BFF’ because she is desperate to be known,” the insider told Daily Mail. “Brittany has tried so hard to insert herself into Swift’s circle. She has wanted to be relevant for so long. She has too many red flags, and people are starting to see through her fake persona.”
