Actor Bruce Willis‘ family continues to shower the actor with their love and attention amid his two-year battle with frontotemporal dementia. Sadly, the beloved actor’s health has begun to decline rapidly, and the family is preparing for the worst.
The Die Hard star’s wife and daughters plan to soak up every moment with Bruce. However, Willis’ daughter, Tallulah Willis, is doing everything she can to ensure that her father’s memory will never fade away by capturing as many as possible.
On Monday, Tallulah shared several photos of her dad with her family and followers on her Instagram page. She is the youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and former wife Demi Moore. Tallulah admits that coping with her dad’s dementia has been an ongoing challenge for the entire family.
So, to ensure they preserve every moment with their dad, Tallulah has devoted herself to snapping photos of every occasion with Bruce for a unique photograph album. Tallulah Willis also reveals she was recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD and admits to coping with some difficult struggles herself, according to the Daily Mail.
One fan offered Tallulah some heartfelt advice, posting, “Soak up every moment. I miss my dad terribly.” Another added, “Such love for her dad,” describing her devotion as ‘beautiful.’
However, Tallulah reveals that she has found a lot of healing in spending time with her dad, Bruce Willis. She finds capturing their moments together in photos therapeutic. Tallulah recently captioned one photo of herself and Bruce together, writing, “Hey, I love this guy so much, and feeling feelings is tough stuff, but I’m so grateful to let them flow through me now instead of disconnecting from it!”
Tallulah Willis Preserves Family Memories With Bruce Willis Amid Health Decline
The 30-year-old wants to create lasting memories for herself and her family to fondly look back on to help them through the heartbreaking times they know will soon come.
“There’s painful days. But there’s so much love,” claims daughter Tallulah Willis. It’s shown me to not take any moment for granted. I find that I’m trying to document. To build a record for the day when he isn’t there to remind me of him and of us.”
Bruce Willis’ recent drastic physical and mental changes have forced his family to face painful facts. “The disease has progressed to the point where his family worries they may not have much more time with Bruce left.” They fear the actor may not even make it to his upcoming 70th birthday in March. It is difficult for them to face the truth. However, they are determined to make Bruce’s final days comfortable.
The actor’s declining condition now requires 24/7 home care. Bruce’s wife and daughters recently decided it was best to have a team around the clock. At this time, the family’s primary focus is on working together. They strive to create a loving, stable, and safe home where Bruce can spend his days surrounded by those who love him.
