A man in California was arrested after he was accused of firing a weapon inside his apartment building. While he was being taken by the police, his neighbor shouted at him from his balcony, choosing to let everyone in the area know what had occurred.
The clip was shared on TikTok by Antonine Sallis, although the original video was uploaded by Canadian influencer Tyler Rizzi, who lives in California. Both times the video went viral, with Tyler’s version garnering 14.9 million views, 1.4 million likes, and 35,000 comments.
The video shows local police escorting a handcuffed man into their patrol car. From his third-story balcony, however, another man, a neighbor, started cussing at the man in front of the cops, saying that he hoped he would die in an expletive outburst.
“I got every right to say what I want, with all due respect, officer” the balcony man told a cop. After many more expletives, the infuriated man told the arrested one, “I hope you rot in hell! And I can’t for your son to realize what a piece of [expletive] you are.”
Neighbor Shares Details During Arrest Scene
Suddenly, a woman asked the screaming man what had happened. He explained that the man getting arrested had allegedly shot his weapon inside the building. After calling him a “psychopath,” he then blasted the building’s owners. He accused them of renting the apartment to their family members and friends.
The California man then claimed that a man had died on the first floor due to an overdose and that the owners were still trying to rent his apartment out.
He continued to explain the situation to everyone around and even greeted the building’s manager, saying, “Hi Vick!” while waving his hand, sarcastically. Meanwhile, the man accused of using the weapon was taken by the police, who drove him away from the building.
