How to Survive the Charge in Call of Duty: Vanguard
Running straight into the line of fire during the charge of Operation Tonga will most certainly result in immediate death. So, in order to survive the charge in Call of Duty: Vanguard, players must make their way to the trench barricade on the left of the battlefield.
The charge of Operation Tonga in Call of Duty: Vanguard only lasts a few seconds, but a stray enemy bullet can take down the player at any moment. Move quickly but cautiously, keeping to the left of the field while also taking cover behind other NPCs. Once the player makes it to the trench, immediately take cover behind the boxes and crates lying around, as the enemy will viciously defend their stronghold.
After securing the bunker, the player will continue through an armored door into the next area. After one of the troops meets an unfortunate demise, the player must charge into another hazardous zone. The trenches are crawling with Nazis, but the biggest threat is a machine gun mounted on a tank a ways away. To get through this area and “Reach the upper casemates,” players must be sure to stay crouched at all times until the enemy falls back.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
