Call of Duty: Warzone becomes a super stressful game when you reach the final circle. The adrenaline of those final confrontations that’d lead your squad to a sweet win or a desperate loss is all that matters at that time. But, very few Warzone players use the final circle of gas to their advantage by making survival strategies behind the zone that’s supposed to kill them. That’s how you get a win without even trying and Raven Software is nerfing that to the ground.
With Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 2, a ton of fixes and small updates are added to the game. In fact, Warzone is not receiving almost anything new in the content plan for the season just so the developers can open some time and fix the game issues.
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 blog has added a gigantic list of bug fixes, some of which concern the gas strategies in the game. For instance, you can’t buy back your teammates as soon as the final circle begins to approach. This will limit the Buy Station campers, pushing players forward for a final battle.
Aside from that, the Stim Shot gas play strategy is also completely removed from Warzone in Season 2. Now you can not deploy any sort of utility boxes in the gas, meaning that you’ll only have 2 Stim Shots to survive the gas with. You can refill your tactical equipment with the Quartermaster perk, but you’ll die before a new Stim Shot is generated.
With the number of changes added to Call of Duty‘s gameplay this year, the developers are shooting far to reach a formula that keeps both the campers and attackers happy in Warzone and Black Ops 6 PvP gunfights. However, if an exploit allows players to secure victory without a fight, it better be patched than strategized.
