Is it possible to change your character’s hair in Diablo 4? You create your own character avatar as soon as you start Diablo 4. You customize your character’s appearance, outfit, and class. What class you pick determines what kind of playstyle you will have in the game. Your avatar’s looks are mostly aesthetics, including hair, though wearing armor tends to offer different benefits than wearing normal clothes.
Is It Possible To Change Hair Style and Color in Diablo 4
When you start Diablo 4, you can decide your character’s gender, skin tone, facial features, jewelry, make-up, markings, and hair. Tattoos and scars fall under the marking category and can have different colors.
You can decide the style of hair you want and what color at the beginning of the game. However, once you finish your customization and head out to play the main game, you can’t change your hair in Diablo 4.
You also can’t change your character’s face past the beginning of Diablo 4. You can change your avatar’s make-up, jewelry, and markings, yet not facial or hair type. Likewise, skin tone cannot be altered.
Many fans are upset by this limitation of character customization in Diablo 4. Many hope the game will get updated to include more customization options later. While you can’t change your character’s physical appearance, you still can change your character’s wardrobe.
How to Change Your Character’s Wardrobe in Diablo 4
In most major cities and towns in Diablo 4, there’s a Wardrobe icon on the map. The Wardrobe icon will look like a cabinet with two large doors. The first time you will see a Wardrobe icon is in Kyovashad after completing the Prologue.
In Kyovashad, the Wardrobe icon should be next to the treasure chest icon. Once you’re at the Wardrobe icon on your map, there will be a cabinet that you can interact with. Interacting with the cabinet will give you two tabs to select: Wardrobe and Appearance.
In the Appearance tab, you can change your make-up, jewelry, and markings. Hair is off-limits in the Appearance tab in Diablo 4. In the Wardrobe tab, you equip armor and other items.
You can Transmog armor and weapons to change their appearance but keep their stats and abilities. A Transmog armor or weapon will function the same even after altering its appearance. You will now have them look the way you want them to. To use the Transmogrification feature in Diablo 4, you must first Salvage an item to unlock its appearance.
