Carrie Underwood has been throwing in some kind-heartedness into her Instagram, and this photo was all about the shirt that “saves lives.” Posting for her army of followers in December 2023, the country singer snapped a selfie in a logo tee and denim jacket, using her post to shout out St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Gaining plenty of fan approval as she put aside promoting her career and businesses, Carrie earned herself over 21,000 likes, with fans seemingly grateful that she’d taken a moment to support children suffering from cancer.
Carrie Underwood Shows Instagram Her Special Shirt
All smiles as she posed from an indoor space, Carrie posed in a black t-shirt with “THIS SHIRT SAVES LIVES” written across it. Adding in pops of gray and white from the logo writing, the American Idol winner went jazzy as she paired her tee with a denim jacket, opting for slightly ripped fabrics and red graffiti-style detailing on it.
Sporting her light locks down as she glammed up with a full face of makeup, Carrie showed off a rosy pink lip, but her post wasn’t about looking good.
‘This Shirt Saves Lives’
In a caption, the singer told her fans: “Join me in supporting the kids @stjude fighting cancer and get your shirt at MusicGives.org #ThisShirtSavesLives.”
The response has been immense. “Well God bless you and since it’s going through Santee children that is a worthy cause God bless you and you give it on a good job,” one user replied.
Meanwhile, a parent of a patient at the hospital chimed in to tell Underwood: “Yay!!!! We are from Oklahoma!! Just drove through Checotah headed to Memphis today!! My daughter is a St. jude patient and we love @carrieunderwood ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Carrie had partnered up with St. Jude back in 2021, even visiting the hospital.
Much of 2023 saw Carrie on the move as she traveled across the country on her Denim & Rhinestones tour. In October of that year, the star shared a stage shot of herself in denim shorts as she belted out a number, telling fans: “Last night was fun! I always know it’s going to be a great night whenever we play in Oklahoma!!! Thanks, #Durant and the #GrandTheater @choctawcasinos for giving me an amazing excuse to go home! 🥰❤️.”
Elsewhere, Carrie continues her business ventures, running both her CALIA clothing line and her popular Fit52 workout app.
