The country singer, 39, continues to prove a regular on the social media accounts run by her Fit52 workout app. Earlier this week, Carrie Underwood showed fans her workout moves on the brand’s Instagram, also going stylish in a spandex look. While the American Idol alum is best known for her music career, she’s also a fitness guru. In 2020, she released Fit52. The app now boasts a cult following.

In a gallery of slides offering both photos and videos, Fit52 featured its famous founder as she worked her muscles from a yoga mat.
Likely clad in clothing from her CALIA brand, Carrie impressed fans as she delivered perfect squats. The popular blonde showed off her toned silhouette in a white pair of leggings and dark blue tank to begin with. Here, she posed in a deep squat while accompanied by trainer and Fit52 cofounder Eve Overland.

Both ladies were holding a kettlebell in the photo. Anyone swiping right then saw Carrie Underwood showing Instagram her workout moves in video mode. Here, the mom of two rocked olive-green leggings and a black tank top as she delivered meticulous squats from a yoga mat. Carrie added in sneakers while wearing her light locks in a ponytail.
